YD Staffs Attended OMF Conference
On April 25, seven YD staff members attended Breakthrough Mission Conference held by Overseas Missionary Fellowship (OMF) in Bay Area Redwood City.
OMF is formerly China Inland Mission and Overseas Missionary Fellowship. OMF serves the churches and bring gospel to some 12 countries in East Asia and have a pioneering ministry in others.

The Choice
I watched as a young mother tried to get her 2-year-old child to make a choice. “You can have fish or chicken,” she told him. She limited his choice to just two because he was too young to understand beyond that. Choice often allows a wider variety of options, and it also must allow the person to reject the choices.
Adam and Eve were in the best possible environment. God had given them freedom to eat of all the trees in Eden. He drew the boundary lines around only one tree! They had a choice, and it should have been a no-brainer to choose wisely. But their choice was tragic.

YD Lunched Short-term Mission Program for the Coming Summer
YD launched a Short-Term Mission program aiming at spreading gospel in the top universities
in United States.
These top universities in US major cities are supposed to be the ideal short-term mission
fields because they all have the summer session time. And the mission trip will start at the
end of June till the end of August.
Now the missionary recruitment is undergoing alongside with a training program.
“The participants will gain much experience from the discipleship training and the whole
program.” One staff said, “this meaningful program will be good preparation for YD’s campus mission to span all over the country.”...

Hear Our Voice
Auckland – Members are praying for the month of March on the first day of this new month.
The third month of 2008 has already started, but there are only few new attendants came to taste the word of God. Members are still faithfully praying for the YD Center in Auckland will grow in numbers, as well as in quality; and they are trusting God will open doors for them as they keep sowing His seeds diligently.
Members are also praying for God would provide people who put God’s will above their wills to co-work together; and some regular comers and attendants will be registered as members, currently members are praying for B. Alex, S. Nancy, and B. Hura.... |
